Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the construction, quality, safety, civilization and other management work of the companys decoration engineering projects;
2. Strict quality management to ensure that the construction quality meets the companys engineering management standards and contract requirements;
3. Reasonably organize and schedule production factors, implement the responsibilities of organization, planning, command, coordination, control, and encouragement in daily work, and ensure the achievement of the goals of engineering quality, safety and civilization, construction period, and efficiency;
4. Coordinate and resolve relationships with the owner, supervisor, and industry regulatory authorities to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
5. Responsible for construction site management, rational use of materials and labor, and control of construction costs for various engineering projects;
6. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of various construction plans, schedules, monthly and weekly work arrangements for the entire project;
7. Organize the completion acceptance and settlement work of each stage of the project;
8. Organize construction according to the drawings and contract requirements, ensure timely delivery and completion, and win the satisfaction of the owner;
Job requirements:
1. Proficient in construction techniques and decorative materials, with strong engineering management skills;
2. Familiar with the decoration construction process, specifications, and process standards;
3. Familiar with engineering drawings, decoration construction site management procedures and requirements;
4. More than 3 years of experience as a purification engineering project manager is preferred;
5. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, strong judgment ability, certain decision-making ability, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, designers, and workers;
6. Work diligently and meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility, possessing excellent professional dedication and teamwork spirit.
